My candle come broken. The Castle front was broken off the actual candle. I had to super glue it back in place. I have ordered 4 other candles as gifts... I can only HOPE they were not broken when they were given to people.

I originally got this and it broke in the mail. I informed them it was broken and they were able to send me a new one all ready to go so quick and easy. I got a beautiful necklace from it and my room smelled amazing!

The first one came damaged but Charmed Aroma made it right by sending out a replacement right away! The candle smells amazing and is so beautiful! Perfect for any cinderella obsessed person out there.

The replacement candle was perfect, haven't gotten to the necklace yet, but I'm sure we will love it. We've loved all the jewelry we've gotten in candles or bath bombs from Charmed Aroma.

Got it for a friend who loves Disney and it came in broken thankfully i can see where the glue goes and we can fix it. It smells amazing and My friends eyes lit up when she saw it

We originally ordered the Pooh and Eeyore candle to give as a gift. It was broken. They were nice enough to replace it but did not have anymore of the same candle so we picked the Cinderella's castle. When it arrived the castle was separated from the back and the peaks of the castle were broken off, Charmed Aroma did send us a replacement for that candle and it arrived with a small piece broken at the top. We chose to not have another replacement Customer service was very nice and really tried to help.

OMG!! I love this candle so much!!! I have been a huge fan of Charmed Aroma for awhile now but this is my favorite purchase!! I love Cinderella and Disney!! It’s so pretty and super detailed. It smells yummy!! As good as any Bath and Body works candle. Of course I love the yummy gourmand scents the most. If you want it but it!!!!

Very cute! The scent to me smells like vanilla cupcakes but not in an overwhelming way! Also, it’s very aesthetically pleasing to look at having a mini Cinderella’s castle :)
