All returns require a returns authorization number (RAN) which will be provided by customer service team. To obtain a return authorization number please contact customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return authorization number (RAN) must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Upon approval, our support team will issue you an RAN# by email. You must mark the return package with the RAN # clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without an RAN# clearly visible will be rejected by our returns processing center.

Refused, unable to forward or undeliverable as addressed packages returned to us will receive a full refund less the shipping. Return shipping is not refundable except in special consideration or circumstance. Please email us beforehand and we will deal with refunds on a case by case basis.
