To our valued customers,

It was recently brought to our attention that some of the jewelry gifts contained in our candles and bath products did not meet our internal quality standards. Charmed Aroma is committed to producing the highest quality products and we take incident like this very seriously. In response to this feedback, we launched an internal investigation and discovered that a portion of the jewelry did not meet our standards of 925 Sterling Silver, but was unexpectedly mixed with other metals.

Firstly, we would like to apologize to you, our valued customers. This finding is very disappointing to all of us here at Charmed Aroma. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality products and experience. We are reviewing our internal processes to make sure this doesn’t happen again and remain focused on providing the best products and customer experience possible.

To make this right for our customers, Charmed Aroma is offering one of the following claims for any customers who made a valid purchase(s) in store or online between January 1st, 2019 – July 9th, 2019. Please read each option carefully:

1) A $20 eGift Card to any customer who has purchased product between January 1, 2019 and July 9th, 2019. To register for a $20 eGift Card, please complete the online form below before August 10th, 2019.

2) A 20% discount code to any customer who has purchased product between January 1, 2019 and July 9th, 2019. To register for a 20% off discount, please complete the online form below before August 10th, 2019.

$20 eGift Card Request - FAQs

Q: Can I redeem an eGift Card & 20% off discount?
A: No. Customers may only claim (1) $20 eGift Card OR (1) 20% off discount code. If you register for both, you will only receive one claim.

Q: Who is eligible to receive a $20 Charmed Aroma eGift Card?
A: You are eligible to receive a $20 Charmed Aroma eGift Card if you register by August 10th, 2019 and if you purchased any products online via www.CharmedAroma.com and/or a Charmed Aroma retail store between January 1st, 2019 and July 9th, 2019.  You must also be the age of majority in the location in which you reside.

Q: How will the eGift Cards be distributed?
A: A limit of one (1), $20 eGift Card per customer can be requested. Once your claim has been approved, you will receive an email with the eGift Card details.

Q: Where can I use my $20 Charmed Aroma eGift Card?
A: You can use your $20 Charmed Aroma eGift Card towards the purchase of any Charmed Aroma products on www.CharmedAroma.com. The eGift Card will not be accepted at any Charmed Aroma retail locations.

Q: Can I use my $20 Charmed Aroma eGift Card at a Charmed Aroma retail location?
A: Unfortunately, the $20 eGift Cards are only valid online at www.CharmedAroma.com

Q: How long will it take to receive my eGift Card?
A: Our team is working diligently to ensure the experience is as convenient and efficient as possible. Once a customer service representative has verified your order history and the registration closes on August 10th, 2019 we will deliver an electronic gift card within 1-3 weeks to your email address.

Q: May I use my card as soon as I receive it?
A: Yes. You may use it immediately at www.CharmedAroma.com

Q: Do I have to redeem my card by a certain date?
A: No. The funds on the eGift Card do not expire.

Q: How do I find my order or sale number?
A: When you place an order online at www.CharmedAroma.com, you are automatically sent an email confirmation with your order number on it. When you purchase at a Charmed Aroma retail store, the sale number is on your receipt/e- receipt.

Q: What if I don’t have the order or sales number I used to order the affected product(s)?
A: Please submit your name, the email address that you used to place your order, and indicate where your purchase was made to info@charmedaroma.com and our customer service representatives will try to locate your account order history. Please note, the $20 eGift Card will only apply to future online orders.

Q: What if I have multiple orders between January 1st, 2019 and July 9th, 2019?
A: A limit of one (1), $20 eGift Card per customer can be requested. If you have placed multiple orders, please submit one of the order numbers on the online form when making a request.
