I love this candle and how Charmed Aroma handled my package! The first package came in damaged. I messaged them on Saturday and got a reply the following Monday and they gladly sent a replacement. I recieved the replacement after 2 weeks. Highly recommend this item, it’s beautiful and the scent makes me feel like I’m in Hogwarts. A+++ for Charmed Aroma as well. Thank you so much!

Love it, but the shipping is the worst. The candle shipped on the twelfth of sept and never moved from the shipping facility for 2 weeks. Maybe consider different shipping companies like UPS or FedEx directly instead of DHL.
